Jerry, born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, earned a B.A. in History and Sociology at the University of Western Ontario in 1974, and in 1977 received an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.
Jerry was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1979, and in 1983 went into practice with fellow University of Ottawa classmate Richard Bradley, co-founding the Bradley Hiscock law firm.
Along with being a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Carleton County Law Association, Jerry serves on the organizing committee for the annual Eastern Ontario Solicitors Conference, a continuing legal education conference for solicitors in the Ottawa and eastern Ontario regions.
After 30 years serving the Barrhaven and Ottawa west communities, Jerry relishes the close relationship he shares with his clients. He values patience and thoroughness and endeavours to reflect these qualities in his dealings with clients.
