Our History: Our law firm dates back to 1983 when former University of Ottawa classmates Richard Bradley and Jerry Hiscock opened their practice in the growing Barrhaven area. The firm started as a general practice and upholds that proud tradition to this day, serving the needs of the community across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
Since 1983, the Barrhaven community has grown tremendously and Bradley Hiscock has grown along with it. In 2002, the firm added another partner, long-time associate Paul McCracken, to create Bradley Hiscock McCracken. As our firm prepares for the next 40 years, we are welcoming Colin Diamond, Deanne Fowler, Paul Bradley and Sean Taylor into the partnership, and wishing Richard Bradley a very happy retirement.
We remain proud to serve Barrhaven and southwest Ottawa, and our lawyers and staff members are pleased to assist existing and new clients with a wide range of matters, including Business Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.
