Hanna’s real estate practice includes acting for clients purchasing, selling, or refinancing residential and commercial properties. She also works with clients on business law matters, including buying or selling a business, setting up or restructuring a company, and financing transactions. In addition, she assists clients with wills and estates planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. She draws on her education in psychology and business to bring a practical, analytical approach to her legal work.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Hanna earned an advanced diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University, and a joint Juris Doctor and Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2024.

Outside of her practice, Hanna enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending time with her dog.
